Double bowline
קשר הצלה כפול
Double bowline is actually a variation of a bowline, with an extra loop. It is believed by some to be a better knot than its simpler kin, but experiments have not shown it to be any stronger.
Some climbers make the double loop into a clove hitch, which is an excessive redundency, on something that was redundant to begin with.
both ropes are , as mentioned, variations of the bowline, and so are closely related to it. The are similarly related to other versions of that same bowline like the bowline on a bight, bowline on a coil etc.
The Double weavers knot is a bend that can be used to tie two ropes of different diameter, just like the weavers knot.
