Triple Figure Eight Follow Loop is a figure of eight loop on a doubled rope, tied using a large bight. This creates a series of three loop that can be used to equalize a belay, like the version shown here.
Figure of eight loop, figure of eight follow through, Figure of Eight Double loop and Flemish Bend are all different forms of using the same basic knot - the Figure of eight knot. Also related is the Figure of eight-square-figure of eight knot, which is really a bend.
