Use a long [[Prussik]] or webbing, or a short rope. attach one end (by clipping the prussik of a [[loop]] on one end) and build an italian hitch
on the binner with the other end. Adjust the length, pull in all the slack and lock the hitch. if it's a rope, locking is done by [[tying a belay device|tying]] the hitch, if a prussik or webbing, by coiling the remaining length over the prussik itself, then pushing the end between the ropes.
